Left Bank Martini ingredients and method:
50ml Citadelle Reserve
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml St Germain Liqueur
Splash of Dry White Wine
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice in a mixing jar for a few minutes. Double strain into a chilled wine flute. Garnish with a single, floating, mint leaf.
