Brooklyn 75 ingredients and method:

50ml Brooklyn Gin

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

25ml Honey Syrup (a mix of local to you Honey and warm water)

Champagne 

Brandied Cherry

Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice and Honey syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with the Brandied Cherry.
