The Bees Knees Ingredients and method:

50ml Martin Millers Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Honey

Pour all ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
