Clover Club ingredients and method:

50ml Limehouse Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Raspberry Syrup

1 Egg White 

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with loads of ice. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
