Gin Fixed ingredients and method:
50ml Eden Mill Love Gin
5ml Triple Sec
25ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker and strain over crushed ice into a highball glass. Churn and top with more ice. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a sip straw.
