Roman Holiday ingredients and method:
25ml Nettle Gin
25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
Dash Lemon Juice
Chilled Dry White Wine (Italian preferably)
Shake the first three ingredients with ice. Strain into a tumbler. Top with the dry white wine.
