Southside Rickey ingredients and method:

50ml Porter’s Gin

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

5 Mint Leaves 

Soda

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
