Casino ingredients and method:

50ml Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

25ml Maraschino Liqueur

12.5ml Lemon Juice

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
