Red Snapper ingredients and method:

50ml Plymouth Gin

100ml Tomato Juice

12.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice

5ml Sugar Syrup

4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

7 dashes Hot Sauce

2 grinds of Black Pepper

2 pinches of Celery Salt

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled and salt & pepper rimmed highball glass. Garnish with fresh chilli and a celery stalk.
