Gin & It ingredients and method:

50ml Newton House Gin

50ml Sweet Vermouth 

2 Dashes of Regans Orange Bitters 

Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice then strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
